Flow Forward Migration
Legacy Automations Expiring
Salesforce has officially announced that Workflow Rules and Process Builder will be retired on December 31, 2025. After this date:
- These tools will no longer receive support or updates
- They may stop working entirely without notice
Why You Shouldn’t Wait
❌ No Support – Salesforce will stop supporting Workflow Rules or Process Builder issues.
🚫 No Edits – You will not be able to fix typos or logic; editing will likely be disabled.
⚠️ Failure – Legacy automations might still run after the deadline—but unreliably, and not for long.
🔧 Migration Complexity – Salesforce’s migration tool is limited. Most flows require manual development and full testing.
